TouristDoctor provides medical assistance including telemedicine, on-site doctor visits, e-prescriptions and coordination with insurers, embassies and hospitality partners. Services are subject to clinical assessment and local regulations.

2. Eligibility & information

You agree to provide accurate personal, contact and insurance information. We may verify coverage with your insurer before arranging care or guarantees of payment.

3. Fees & billing

Where your policy allows, services are billed directly to your assistance company or insurer. Self-pay rates apply when no cover exists or prior authorisation is declined. You will be informed before non-urgent charges are incurred where practicable.

4. Medical disclaimer

Online information is general guidance only and does not replace an individual medical assessment. In an emergency, call 8911 or local emergency services. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

5. Website use
